Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd

The Parties referred to in this agreement are:

1) Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd (incorporating Adventure Cheshire), Bradley Lane, Frodsham, Cheshire, WA6 7EX
2) “Client” – The individual, company or other who has signed the booking form on behalf of the “Party”
3) “Party” – The individuals who will be attending the venue and taking part in activities at Catton Hall.

All parties making a booking with Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd must accept the terms and conditions contained herein, if they wish to make a booking.

1) Payment

A) All non-corporate/team building bookings will be confirmed and secured upon the receipt of full payment per person, per activity. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Card.

B) Most corporate/ team building bookings require a minimum £200 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date itself. Dependant on the size/date of your event, a larger deposit and extended final payment period may apply. This will be agreed prior to booking. Any drop-outs or ‘no shows’ within your cancellation period will be charged for in full.

Payment for Corporate/Team Building days can be made by Cheque, BACS, or Card. Cheques made payable to Catton Hall S.G Ltd.

A maximum amount of £250 is accepted on credit cards, with a 2% on business credit cards.

2) Booking

Upon receipt of a non refundable deposit Catton Hall will secure your booking. Booking confirmations can be sent upon request.

When making a reservation with a Gift Voucher a minimum of 28 days notice is required should you wish to rearrange your booking.

All vouchers purchased online will be charged and processed within 24 hours of the purchase and posted out First Class with Royal Mail. Please allow 7 days for your vouchers to arrive.

3) Cancellations/Refunds

All cancellations or reductions in numbers should be notified as soon as possible by phone or email. Any cancellations within 28 calendar days of the activity date will result in the group being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity or any drop out members.

Refunds on vouchers are prohibited once the voucher has been charged, processed and sent out by post.

4) If Catton Hall cancel or make changes

In the event of us having to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or safety issues, a full refund or offer to transfer to an alternative date or activity will be offered.

5) Safety

A safety briefing will be conducted at the start of all activities. Safety equipment will be provided for each activity where applicable. Catton Hall accepts no liability for loss or damage during any activity.

Adherence to all safety rules is of paramount importance.

Whilst participating in activities, any party member who does not comply with the rules stated in the safety briefing will be withdrawn from the activity without refund. This particularly refers to anyone who puts themselves and others at risk. It is paramount that the party abide by the rules and regulations stated in the safety briefing.

We reserve the right to cancel or change your activity for safety purposes.

6) Behaviour

Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd may terminate an individual or party’s activity if they feel that the behaviour of said individual or party does not adhere to the safety briefing provided prior to the activity.

7) Alcohol & Drugs

Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation to clients they believe may have been under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Alcohol is available to purchase from our Licensed Bar but is only available to Guests whom have completed all of their activities. Staff will ask if you have finished activities before serving. Anyone found to be drinking on the premises before completion of all their planned activities, will be removed from their activities without refund.

8) Disclaimers & Insurance

A Disclaimer must be signed prior to participating in Quad Biking and Paintball activities. It is paramount that participants recognise that there is an element of risk associated with these activities. Whilst every care and attention is taken to ensure participants safety by conducting a thorough safety briefing you will have to sign a disclaimer stating that you accept that there are risks involved in these activities and that you accept no liability against Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd in the circumstance of an accident during one of the activities.

Whilst not mandatory it is advisable that you arrange your own personal injury insurance.

9) Complaints

Any complaints concerning Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd must be reported in writing no later than 7 days after the incident causing the complaint.

10) Agreement

Any booking made with Catton Hall Shooting Ground Ltd is booked in accordance with these terms and conditions.
